With less than a week to go before the Rally I just want to thank all of you again for volunteering as Amateur Radio Operators.
Your efforts are greatly appreciated by everyone involved, the organizers, local residents, competitors, spectators, Town & County Government, NY State Police, Sullivan County Sheriff, the DEC, all the other volunteers, MBARC, and of course from me as communications coordinator.
Please take a moment and send me an email confirming your participation!
Anyone that will be bringing "minor children" with them must fill out a special liability waiver
Those of you that are signed up to work on Friday, March 30, please report to the Tusten Town Hall between 8:30 am & 10:00 am.
Last call for rooms
If you need a room for Friday and/or Saturday night please let me know (even if you already told me please tell me again, I'd hate to forget and cause grief for both of us)
There may be a few changes in posts (there always are)
So please check before you start out for the Rally.
The Weather......I wish I could assure Y'all that it would be 73 degrees & Sunny the entire time.....but I don't think that will be the case.
